Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live in a week or less. AI imports your menu from a photo, PDF or link, and you pick and customize a template. Rather not do it yourself? Send us your menu and we'll import it for you.
Do I need to replace my POS?
No. DinerMagnet runs alongside your current POS. Online orders arrive on a DinerMagnet kitchen tablet and in the DinerMagnet app.
Can I keep my current website domain?
Yes. We connect your existing domain, or help you pick a new one.
Ordering & Delivery
How do delivery orders work?
Use your own drivers, or we dispatch on-demand couriers for each order. You set the delivery zone and fee.
Should I quit DoorDash or Uber Eats?
You don't have to. Many restaurants keep marketplaces for discovery and use DinerMagnet to move repeat guests to direct ordering.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go straight to your bank account through Stripe, usually within two business days.
Apps
What's the difference between the two apps?
There are two. Your team uses the DinerMagnet app, and each person's role decides what they see: managers get sales, reports, marketing and settings; staff get live orders, the kitchen display and menu availability. Your guests use a separate app that carries your restaurant's name.
Who publishes the guest app?
We do. We prepare the listing and submit it to the App Store and Google Play under your restaurant's name.
Pricing & Billing
Is there a commission?
No. Every plan is commission-free. Starter is $0 a month plus $0.99 per online order, which you can add to the guest's checkout or cover yourself. Growth ($199) and Pro ($349) are flat monthly plans with no setup fee, and 2 months free when billed yearly. Standard card processing applies.
Do you integrate with my POS?
Not yet. DinerMagnet runs next to your POS, so you don't have to switch anything. Online orders show up on the DinerMagnet kitchen tablet.
Can I choose how my website looks?
Yes. Pick from several templates and customize colors, fonts, photos and sections. You can switch templates later without losing your menu.
What does DinerMagnet AI do?
It imports your menu, writes dish descriptions, answers questions about your sales, drafts review replies and builds promotions from a plain-words request, like "bring back guests we haven't seen in a month." You approve everything before it goes out.
Who owns my guest list?
You do. Names, emails, phone numbers and order history are yours, and you can export them anytime.
